Prezzies, prezzies and more prezzies....

I really like giving (and getting) holiday gifts with cute wrapping paper. Here are some cool styles from Paper Source. When someone spends the time to wrap a gift in a special way it means so much. Don't you think?

Add a cool ribbon and gift tag and you are all set! I will share some of my favorite gift tags with you soon (letterpress of course)

Thanksgiving dinner details

I love setting a pretty dinner table so I {heart} these Thanksgiving place cards.
The cool thing is that you can print them at home so its a piece of cake.
Just add paper!

ETSY seller Little Brown Pen will send you a .PDF of these little lovelies and
also 3 other place card & gift tag designs for only $4!

The gifts tags would be really cute added to a hostess gift

Best idea ever

I saw this amazing idea over on the Wedding Paper Divas blog. I don't know about you but I know my Husband would appreciate at little cheat sheet as to what to buy me from time to time. I know this will come in handy during the holidays (and birthdays and anniversary's and any other day of the year) I might just slip one of these little pink cards in his wallet.

Starting next week I will be showcasing some of the beautiful holiday cards Ive

been drooling over so stay tuned!!

Unique save the dates & cards

My friend Sara of Stinkerpants Designs made the most amazingly cute

save the dates for us earlier this year.

This is the front of card (its was postcard size)

This is the back .

I swear, the drawing she did looks EXACTLY like us!

On top of Sara being uber talented. She is so nice! She gave us a framed print of our save the date (minus the wording) as a wedding gift. We have it hanging in the living room...its a sweet reminder to the Mr and I of our wedding day.

Sara has a NEW website with lots and lots of paper treats. Here are a few of her

scrumptious cards which can be purchased directly from the website.

My favorite is the baby elephant ...."Welcome to the herd" (aawwwwww)

{all images from Stinkerpants Designs}

Sara is working on our holiday cards...I will be sure to share them when they are done!

Prints....

I really like the prints from ETSY shop Lab Partners. I have this one in our hallway and put it in a funky gold frame. Its super cute and makes me smile mostly because I love San Francisco AND letterpress...this print combines both of my obsessions. What could be better?

Since we purchased our first home recently i've
been looking for cute wall hangings. I think this one might be my next purchase.
I love the orange and red.

Since I cant help myself...maybe i'll buy this one too.

Oh, so chic

You will soon learn that I love Etsy. Its one of my most favorite places to shop. You can find anything and everything while sitting on your couch at home.

The beauty is that everything is handmade which makes it even cooler
(and super unique for gift giving)

I recently purchased these thank you cards from Invita Paper Studio.
They are so sweet and stylish!

I also got these...I love the little birds.

Grey and yellow are one of my fav color combos.

They also make some beautiful wedding invitations.

I think peacocks would be a great wedding theme.

This save the date is so cute. I love the color combo.

Its a new year {almost}

Since 2009 is right around the corner I thought I would share some of the neat calendars i've come across. I want to order them all!

Would it be odd if I had one in every room of my house?

I love this colorful one from SusyJack*

This one from etsy seller Sycamore Street Press is adorable

Im very tempted to buy this one from Laurie Coyle Designs for the kitchen

Studio of the week {1}

Every week im going to feature my favorite paper studio. Kicking it off is Dolce Press .
They have the most glorious stationary. I just want to eat it!
(Im sure it looks better than it tastes)

I love the feathered flourish on this one and the lined envelopes are to die for.

Dolce Press also does some really neat and unique business and calling cards. Having a letterpress business card is so CHIC!

I think this one is really cute.

Letterpress lust

My paper obsession began when I found Tara from Ephemera Letterpress. Her work is AMAZING! Once I took a look at her website I was in love instantly. I ordered some samples and when I got them in my hot little hands (I might have caressed some of the pieces) I was hooked.

For my first blog post (yea!) I wanted to share with you how my wedding stationary turned out.

I love the whimsy the bumble bee adds. Tara even sent me the bee graphic so I could use it on our programs and menus.
